DARK SECRETS OF THE NEW AGE reviewed

I will merely cite & comment on what I feel are the important issues Mr. Marrs raises about the pitfalls of the so-called NEW AGE mentality, which is, in fact, in league with SATAN, INC., as I myself bear witness to in my current co-authored book, THE CURS-ED NET. For the references to the false Christs & false prophets and sponsors of the NEW AGE movement, please see the book itself; the author mentions some Christian leaders, at least one of whom has fallen into disgrace subsequent to the penning of this book, so my caveat to all true followers of Christ: Do not be scandalized by these people who should be the salt of the earth, since Jesus Himself says that when the salt loses its savor, it is of no further use but to be cast into the garbage.

The testimony of Texe Marrs about the unerring truth of the Bible stands in contradistinction to this NEW AGE movement, as the below comments will reveal. We are engaging in this generation with spiritual warfare, so put on the full armor of Christ, since our victory is assured for those who keep faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord & Savior.

KEY IDEAS

The first thought worth pondering on is that IRON does not mix with MIRED CLAY. This is the metaphor of the prophet Daniel, where, in this present case, IRON stands for the NEW AGE movement (propelled by Satan and his demons,) while the MIRED CLAY represents all TRUE Christians who will not be deceived by these lies.

Satan’s 13 point plan (as per pages 16-17) includes a ONE WORLD GOVERNMENT/NEW AGE RELIGION, spearheaded by the Antichrist (through Satan) & spirit guides (demons) who will offer a false peace – but there will be no peace, and all Christians who cannot be seduced by this WILL DIE. The BIG LIE: Jesus Christ is not the one true God nor the Christ.

No man knows when the Father will allow the fulfillment of this evil 13 step plan, but as Jesus says: BE VIGILENTat all times.

THE “QUEEN” OF HEAVEN

This false queen (as warned by Jeremaih 7:18) : She goes under such names as SEMIRAMIS (of Nimrod) – ISHTAR & ASTARTE (Babylon) – ASHTEROTH (of Israel & Canaan) – DAINA & ARTEMIS (of Ephesus & Asia Minor) – CYBELE (of Rome, and incidentally, ‘’chiseled on the façade of the IRS building in WASHINGTON D.C., -and I wonder why?) – ISIS (in Egypt, whose visage appears on TAROT CARDS, and who is honored by one of the shafts of the GREAT PYRAMIID which point to the star Sirius – I wonder why?) – GAIA (Greece) & KALI (in India, as the goddess of the Hindu religion.) {{From the above list, one must really start to ponder the “forces” of so many cultures aligned against the ALL MIGHTY FATHER.}}

SPEAKING OF “forces” – the author mentions the God of forces who represents Satan himself, & who will be honored by the coming Antichrist; this is disclosed by reading DANIEL 11:36…so the next time you see the movie “STAR WARS,” it may bring a chill to you when you hear the expression, ‘’May the force by with you.’’

On page 92, the author reveals that these “forces” mirror “CHAKRAS” as in the Mystery teachings (of Babylon) and are of Hindu origin, {{so it appears to me that this religion is a FAÇADE for the DARK FORCES, and its teachings are anti-Biblical; this may come as a shock to certain readers, since this peaceful religion seems to honor Jesus as a great guru, - but would not honor Him as THE SON OF GOD, as is penned in the opening chapter of the Gospel of John; I found further evidence of this when I read Paramahansa Yogananda’s “THE SECOND COMING OF CHRIST,” where he reflects just such a point of view. Of course, Paramahansa is a true Hindu, but not a true Christian.}}

THE DRAGON OF WISDOM

On page 93, the author mentions the Egyptian god Nahbkoon, a serpent on human legs. {{This makes me think of the curse put on the serpent in the Garden of Eden in chapter three of Genesis.}} The emblem for the Templars is a serpent, their emblem for Christ, and one is referred to “Masonry” for the details of this. Hermes or Mercury is the Greek version of this, whose father is none other than Cush, the father of Nimrod…who, if you read from an earlier part of the book had a wife named Semiramis – or THE QUEEEN OF HEAVEN condemned by the prophet Jeremiah. {{All of this makes eminent sense when you read our book, THE CURS-ED NET.}}

THE NEW AGE LIE (from page 103)

The NEW AGE teaches that initiates must communicate with the spirit world “because it is impossible to reach the ears of God.”

WHY IS THIS A LIE?

I, LeBeau, personally had asked the Father a direct question after being vexed by a particular person, and the response came IMMEDIATELY in picture form; I got up from bed since I was not sleeping when I made the request, and wrote down the essence of the communiqué. I transformed it into a poem that went like this:

Never shut the door to others

though they slam the doors on you;

Keep your heart an open portal

so they all can walk on through;

As your God who knows no doors,

no portal bars you ever to –

So be as God to others always,

and His love shall shine on you.

After I meditated on these words, I saw the awesome wisdom being given to me, so it became a true answer to my prayer from The Highest!

So this truth speaks to the falsehoods of the NEW AGE; for the eight planks of this falsehood, please visit the text on pages 98-99.

TRUE MYSTERY OF THE AGES: This portion of the text on pages 187-188 is so powerful (regarding the epistle of Paul to the Colossians, that I will paraphrase it IN TOTO:

Mr. Marrs states that the NEW AGE crowd seems to avoid the first two chapters of this epistle LIKE THE PLAGUE! WHY? In it, it states that Jesus Christ is the Son of God; He is ”the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature.” Jesus is the Creator of the heavens and the earth of every dimension: “all things were created by him, and for him.”

Jesus “is the head of the body, the church.” Paul says that Jesus is “the beginning, the firstborn from the dead” and that Jesus “made peace through the peace of his cross,” reconciling all men and “all things unto himself.”

The gospel of Jesus Christ, Paul reveals, is “the mystery which had been hid from ages and from generations, but now is made manifest to his saints” (Col. 1:26).

SO ANY MYSTERIES THE NEW AGES REVEAL ARE COMPLETE AND UTTER FABRICATIONS…PERIOD!

This series of truths will NOT be found in any New Age bookstore or in the Hindu scriptures, and certainly not in the so-called “NEW AGE BIBLE.” You will find this truth only in the pages of the Christian Bible!

THE DARK SECRETS OF THE NEW AGE are NOTHING BUT LIES AND MORE LIES!

OTHER TOPICS DISCUSSED:

1) Salvation vs. reincarnation (192) which should be meditated on by all Christians, since reincarnation is a very appealing lure and bait of the NEW AGE, and is used to keep man from realizing a truth: Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross redeemed us (so no karma is necessary) and removed the stain from original sin. Furthermore, Paul taught us that salvation is a gift from God (not earned,) “lest any man should boast” of his good works. The author goes on to state that bad things often happen to good people, as was proven in the case of Job and martyrs among the early Christians. {{THE BOTTOM LINE: Since salvation is a “gift” and since God knows us inside and out (from the womb, as demonstrated with the story of Jacob & Esau,) it behooves us to LET GOD WORRY about who is saved and not saved, especially since we know that the Father desires all men to be saved (2 Peter 3:9,10.) Incidentally, in the same latter verse, it states [that we do not know the day nor the hour, so ~~ so much for endless lifetimes of the karmic wheel of torture….The above implies strongly that any other scenario – per force - must be some type of set-up by demonic forces to make things look what they are not, pure & simple. We have addressed such “FAÇADE” issues in “THE CURS-ED NET manuscript thesis.}}

Mr. Marrs goes on to refute GROUP KARMA as a “malevolent thing” for it can be used to justify such evil acts as mass torture, incarceration of a particular ethnic, racial, or national group, and genocide. The law of karma suggests that whatever an “inferior race” gets, it deserves! {{To Marrs, this is NON-SENSE!}}

2) The poisonous snares of Satan (or as I like to say, the lures & baits of THE CURS-ED NET.) These drugs (which are shortcuts to oblivion) are enumerated on page 193.

3) Dangerous activities of the OCCULT that help to lure unsuspecting children into the NEW AGE mentality, via cartoons, TV, the SILVER SCREEN (especially ‘STAR WARS,’) and other insidious programming and music (237-247.)

4) The impotence of NEW AGE PROPHECY, especially when compared to the infallibility of Biblical prophecy (257-258.)

5) A summary of many a false Christ & prophet (259.)

AND LASTLY, FOUR STEPS EVERY CHRISTIAN CAN TAKE TO FIGHT THE ANTICHRIST: (from 264-266)

A) Read and study your Bible {{or as I found out much later in life – SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES!}}

B) Put Jesus first in your life {{and by seeking the kingdom of heaven first, all other things will be given you beside.}}

C) Confront and fight NEW AGE apostasy. {{I tried to do this in “THE CURS-ED NET,” in keeping with the spiritual warfare advised by St. Paul himself in 2 Cor. 10:3-4, “For though we walk in the flesh, we do not make war according to the flesh; for the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but powerful before God to the demolishing of the strongholds, the destroying of reasoning* (since faith is a gift of God and is above reason, though not contrary to it. Everything that opposes faith is wrong and must be set aside and destroyed.)

{{To me, what this very important spiritual warfare phrase that St. Paul alludes to, goes to the heart of the first commandment of God who shall not have strange gods before me. By unmasking the lies of THE NEW AGE, we unmask the façade of these very same false gods that have presented themselves before us to this very day. My co-authored book is an attempt to honor the first commandment. Texe Marrs is doing the same thing with the publication of this very book under review.}}
